Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the padel facility, including court readiness, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience, including handling inquiries, bookings, complaints, and feedback resolution.
- Develop and implement SOPs for bookings, check-in procedures, customer interactions, coaching sessions, and facility usage.
- Manage and support coaches, operational staff, and casual event crews.
- Plan and execute padel events such as community classes, leagues, tournaments, corporate outings, and promotional activities.
- Build and grow the padel community through partnerships with sports groups, schools, corporate networks, influencers, and local communities.
- Develop pricing schemes, membership packages, promotional campaigns, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance through revenue, cost, occupancy rate, and customer retention metrics; prepare regular business performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent branding, promotional content, and event communication.
- Maintain administrative and operational compliance, including petty cash handling, invoicing, vendor coordination, and health/safety procedures.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; majors in Business, Sports Management, or Hospitality are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, sports facility management, hospitality, gym/fitness operations, or lifestyle/entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic financial literacy related to budgeting, revenue tracking, and operational reporting.
- Ability to independently execute tasks and drive results without requiring close supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience running sports clubs, gyms, studio operations, or event-based businesses.
- Existing network in sports communities, youth organizations, or brand sponsorships.
- Personal interest or familiarity with padel, tennis, squash, badminton, or related sports.
