Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Intern located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The day-to-day tasks include processing purchase orders and supporting procurement processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Purchase Orders, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills and understanding of Procurement processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
  • Proficiency with procurement software and tools is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

Requirements

  • Active university student, minimum 4th semester, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain principles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
