1. Technical and Commercial Support

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of technical documents, proposals, and quotations in alignment with project and customer requirements.
  • Provide support for resolving technical and commercial issues, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise engineering deliverables including BOMs, wiring diagrams, layouts, and ECNs, reviewing designs (e.g., control panels) for accuracy before approval.
  • Support Product & Application (P&A) activities, including determination of panels, cables, and accessories.

2. Risk Management and Quality Assurance

  • Identify and mitigate risks in engineering and P&A activities to minimize errors and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, conduct process audits, and enforce engineering standards and testing protocols.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting with the Service Engineer team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Monitor the quality of documentation and designs to maintain customer satisfaction and reduce rework.

3.    Strategic Planning and Budgeting

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, including cost planning for specific projects and jobs.
  • Align departmental strategies with business objectives and market trends.
  • Contribute to product and application strategy refinement based on testing, commissioning, service feedback, and customer input.

4.    Leadership and Management

  • Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering team in handling projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Assign and oversee specific jobs, while mentoring and guiding engineers in technical and professional development.
  • Foster collaboration with Mechanical, Production, Sales, Order Processing, Quality, Purchasing, and Service teams for seamless project execution.
  • Drive competency mapping, performance evaluation, and training programs to build a high-performance and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Having a minimum of 5 years in electrical design and development, preferably in pump or industrial systems in high-voltage electrical engineering.
  • Strong expertise in power systems, low–high voltage applications, and strong current systems.
  • Certified in electrical work for low–and high-voltage.
  • Proficient in wiring diagram design principles and proper control panel installation.
  • Skilled in cable selection, installation, and circuit analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical and control panel standards.
  • Competent in using AutoCAD for electrical design and drafting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
