Job Description :
- Develop marketing initiatives to leverage awareness, generate leads, boost engagement and build loyalty to secure business from potential and returning customers & partners
- Lead, develop and execute marketing strategy to support sales performance
- Work the insights into powerful actions, choices and tactical plans to win market leadership
- Lead, strategize and deliver product performance
- Approach, engage and acquire partnerships and sponsorships to support marketing activities and initiatives
- Update and collaborate with Product team on pricing strategy to ensure sustainable, profitable growth
- Generate idea sharing and alignment to accomplish defined marketing goals within the team and across functions & departments
- Drive local marketing initiatives and go-to market campaigns
- Analyze audiences, channels, platforms, messaging and business objective to deliver effective marketing plan
- Ensure analytical and data-driven mindset within marketing team
Qualification :
- Have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Have experience as Marketing Manager min 2 years
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, enabling them to create competitive programs.
- Strong in strategic thinking
- Good leadership skills.
- Accustomed to working under pressure and being evaluated based on target achievement.
