Job Description :

  • Develop marketing initiatives to leverage awareness, generate leads, boost engagement and build loyalty to secure business from potential and returning customers & partners
  • Lead, develop and execute marketing strategy to support sales performance
  • Work the insights into powerful actions, choices and tactical plans to win market leadership
  • Lead, strategize and deliver product performance 
  • Approach, engage and acquire partnerships and sponsorships to support marketing activities and initiatives
  • Update and collaborate with Product team on pricing strategy to ensure sustainable, profitable growth
  • Generate idea sharing and alignment to accomplish defined marketing goals within the team and across functions & departments
  • Drive local marketing initiatives and go-to market campaigns
  • Analyze audiences, channels, platforms, messaging and business objective to deliver effective marketing plan
  • Ensure analytical and data-driven mindset within marketing team

Qualification :

  • Have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Have experience as Marketing Manager min 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, enabling them to create competitive programs.
  • Strong in strategic thinking
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Accustomed to working under pressure and being evaluated based on target achievement.
