About The Challenges
As the HC Generalist for our Cikarang Manufacturing Plant, you will serve as the essential HR partner supporting the entire employee lifecycle for our production team. This is a comprehensive, hands-on role covering administration, compensation, compliance, and employee well-being.
What Your Day To Day Would Look Like
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for both Operators (Blue Collar) and Full-Time Employees (FTEs) at the plant, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Administer all employment contracts, including preparing new hire agreements and managing contract renewals for existing plant staff.
- Develop and maintain thorough onboarding materials to ensure a seamless first-day experience. You will also manage the entire offboarding process for factory employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and internal databases, including tracking personnel movements and status changes for all manufacturing staff.
- Prepare and process all administrative documentation for internal employee movements, such as transfers (mutations), promotions, and role changes within MAKA Motors.
- Manage the monthly payroll data for all plant personnel, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of salaries, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Manage and reconcile monthly attendance records for Operators and staff, providing the necessary data inputs for payroll processing.
- Administer registration, data updates, and claim processing for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Social Security) and BPJS Kesehatan (Health Social Security) for plant employees, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for mediation and resolution of workplace issues, disciplinary actions, and industrial disputes, ensuring alignment with relevant labor laws.
- Manage employee welfare programs and serve as the main liaison for factory employees to address grievances, provide support, and manage employee satisfaction.
- Ensure employee understanding and adherence to the Company Regulation (PP) and established internal SOPs.
- Oversee general office/plant needs (GA), including the procurement and maintenance of office assets, utilities, and non-production factory inventory.
- Partner with the Manufacturing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Team to provide administrative support, such as ensuring the availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), first-aid facilities, and compliance documentation for safety training.
- Monitor the management and maintenance of the factory work environment to guarantee safe, comfortable, and hygienic working conditions.
Is this you?
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an HC Generalist or HR Business Partner is required, with prior experience in a manufacturing/plant environment strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in Automotive, Electric Vehicle (EV), or a company managing a high volume of blue-collar workers is highly valued.
- Proven experience managing mass recruitment for factory Operator positions, including local sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques and Boolean search methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in payroll management, including calculation of overtime, incentives, and relevant PPh 21 taxation.
- Strong command of Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja), BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan regulations, and Industrial Relations principles.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for employee data administration, attendance management, and reporting.
- Experience managing assets and general facilities within a factory/office environment.
- Basic understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3/HSE) standards to provide effective administrative support to the HSE team
- Excellent adaptability, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment characterized by frequent change.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in KITIC Cikarang, and availability to commence employment immediately.
