We're strengthening our digital ecosystem and looking for an experienced
IT Business Analyst
to lead key transformation initiatives across our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping (BPMN/flowcharts), and solution design.
- Drive digital transformation projects: ERP enhancements, POS modernization, and core system implementation.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless system integration (inventory–POS–delivery).
- Deliver data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support Agile/Scrum execution to accelerate delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Management, Information Systems, IT, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years
of experience as a Business Analyst, including
in F&B/QSR/retail chains
. - Strong experience with ERP/POS projects and major systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Dynamics 365).
- Familiarity with POS platforms (NCR, Revel, ESB, Aloha, Qlub, etc.).
- Solid understanding of API and cross-platform integration.
- Strong analytical and visualization skills using
Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
. - Willing to be fully WFO at our Headquarters Office in Bandung, West Java.
