Job Descriptions :
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Requirements :
- S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- Having CCNP is a must
- Having a minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet, networking and security
