Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Coordinator located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Key Account Coordinator will handle day-to-day account management activities, maintain long-term relationships with key clients, address client queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Additional responsibilities include analyzing client needs, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in the client onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and support clients
- Proficiency in account management and customer service practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Experience in client relationship management tools is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
