About the Role
: Catalyst Brands has engaged the Consultant to provide the services pertaining to evaluation of factories & production in the factories in Indonesia, notified and instructed by Catalyst Brands from time to time to the Consultant including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of production process, raw material quality and factory compliances
- Evaluation of risk assessment, risk management and risk control measures deployed by factories
- Providing quality inspection services of on-going production, raw material and other factors in factories notified and instructed by Catalyst Brands
- Advising on risk assessment of ongoing production in factories including any external/ internal risk factors identified in the factories, production process, raw material, geographical, supply chain or other external risk factors etc.
- Collecting ongoing production data including advisory services on production schedule and planning in factories
- Collecting and maintaining a data base of factories in Indonesia, preparing reports on the same and sending such reports to Catalyst Brands
- Holding meetings with factory management on behalf of Catalyst Brands on production and quality assurance process, pilot review meetings, in-line production review meetings, production process meetings etc.
- Providing advisory services on improvement to industrial engineering, production management, factory protocols, manufacturing methods and preparing reports on the same and sending such reports to Catalyst Brands
- Providing advisory services on R&D (Research & Development) in production process and sending reports to Catalyst Brands
- Designing and developing best practices in production process
- Reviewing risk assessment measures at factories and ensuring that the control measures are being implemented, preparing reports, and sending such reports to Catalyst Brands
- Any other services related to the above or any other work or services as may be instructed by Catalyst Brands from time to time
Qualifications:
- College degree or technical diploma in related field of study, or equivalent functional experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience in quality assurance. Hands on factory experience and familiarity with production execution and planning
- Good command of English, both oral and written as well as proficiency in language of assigned branch location
- Good computer skills e.g. MS office, Excel Vlookup
- Local candidate in
Jakarta
is preferred. Travel to visit factories across Indonesia is required
