Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in West Java, Indonesia. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, executing business planning strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase growth and profitability. The role also includes analyzing market trends, delivering exceptional customer service, and serving as the primary point of contact for critical clients.

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Proficient in Business Planning to identify and execute growth strategies
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends and data
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to address client needs effectively and enhance satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant experience in the retail, distribution, or telecommunications industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
