Job Descriptions:
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT system and network issues efficiently.
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the stability of computer systems, networks, and servers.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA.
- Document IT support activities, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Manage and oversee hardware repairs and preventive maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 year of experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure / IT Network will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting hardware & software (PC, laptops, network devices), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and Microsoft Office/productivity tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work at Sunter – Jakarta Utara (Head Office).
