Responsibilities:

Oversee all Product Quality functions in our manufacturing.
Drive the Quality team KPIs in all stages of production, from incoming raw materials to finished goods shipment.
Communicate quality issues with the HK office and appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
Lead quality communications with local buying offices.
Ensure that the quality of our products meets or exceeds our clients' and business expectations, serving as the Hop Lun Kaizen & Quality Champion.

Qualifications:

At least 8 years of experience in the same field and position in intimate apparel manufacturing.
Well-versed in carrying out QA requirements under different customer standards.
Capable of training trainers.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Effective problem solver and team player.
