Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Studio Manager at a creative agency. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with various departments, managing client relationships, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. The Studio Manager will also be responsible for leading a team, facilitating communication, and supporting sales and project management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Supervise creative and production teams to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain studio equipment, supplies, and facilities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure project alignment
- Implement and optimize studio processes for efficiency and quality control
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of studio staff
- Monitor project progress and provide regular performance reports
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive studio environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Design, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in studio, project, or operations management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience managing creative or production teams preferred
