Job Description

  • Organize and manage the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating specific events with employees.
  • Arrange visa applications for the Vice President based on travel destinations, ensuring all required documents are prepared and submitted accurately.
  • Provide support for department activities, including organizing events such as birthdays and team gatherings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels in line with the Vice President's requirements and business trip schedules.
  • Assist with staff expense claims and perform document verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    English and Mandarin
    (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in any major (Administration, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
    ; prior experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office applications
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
