• Familiar with network devices, common configurations and operations

• Strong troubleshooting skill job

Description:

• Monitor IT server & network using monitoring tools

• Check and ensure devices are usable by users

• Perform repairs or preventive measures if issues arise

• Report troubles and create problem reports.
