Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred, but not always required).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Good understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.
5. Ability to coordinate and supervise teams effectively.
6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Willing to work in a factory environment with flexible working hours.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
9. Good communication skills in ; English or Mandarin is a plus.
Job Description:
1. Supervise daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met.
2. Manage and coordinate factory workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
3. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
4. Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions if needed.
5. Coordinate with other departments (Procurement, Maintenance, QA/QC, etc.) to support smooth operations.
6. Report production results, issues, and progress to management.
7. Provide training, coaching, and discipline to factory employees.
8. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency optimization.
9. Ensure machinery and equipment are used properly and report maintenance needs.
