What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the business
  • Providing guidance and advice to managers on HR-related matters
  • Spearheading talent management initiatives, including training, development and succession planning
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to foster a positive, productive and engaged workforce
  • Continuously improving HR processes and practices to drive organisational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role especially experienced in Organizational Development or HRBP, within 3 years as Supervisor Roles
  • Able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
