What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and programs to support the business
- Providing guidance and advice to managers on HR-related matters
- Spearheading talent management initiatives, including training, development and succession planning
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborating cross-functionally to foster a positive, productive and engaged workforce
- Continuously improving HR processes and practices to drive organisational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role especially experienced in Organizational Development or HRBP, within 3 years as Supervisor Roles
- Able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
