General Affairs Specialist (Administration & HR)
Expense & Logistics Management: Responsible for the administrative expenses of the division (e.g., tickets, goods management, conference management), funds, whole vehicle management, and coordinating related work based on division requirements.
- HR Implementation: Communicate and implement human resources policies of the division and company, and handle related daily affairs such as attendance, performance evaluation, personnel training, employee relations, and employee care.
- Documentation & Meetings: Participate in the management and control of various general written documents (e.g., controlled documents, notifications, minutes of meetings).
- Reception & Events: Participate in the arrangement and management of meetings and internal/external reception activities. Formulate the schedule and guidelines based on the requirements of meetings/reception.
- Culture & Activities: Promote organizational atmosphere development by planning and implementing various cultural and sports activities, such as publicity, knowledge competitions, skill competitions, and sports competitions.
Information Security: Implement the company's information security management policies and requirements, supervise and report information security violations.
Operation Analysis Specialist
Planning & Forecasting: Assist in completing the department's operating profit forecasts and organizing related planning.
- Performance Assessment: Formulate the operation assessment indicators for various departments of the factory, based on the operating conditions of excellent production suppliers in the industry, and promote the implementation of these indicators.
- Project Management: Assist the department in formulating operational work plans and the planning and management of special projects.
- Performance Improvement: Analyze, promote, and continuously improve the department's operational performance.
- Documentation & Process Management: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the related processes and documents of operation management.
- Abnormality Handling: Handle basic costs abnormality issues, regularly report to the direct supervisor, propose rationalization suggestions, and continuously track and provide feedback on these issues.
Requirements:
- Location: Subang, Indonesia.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Major: Administration Management, Human Resources Management, or Accounting/Management.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in Administration, HR, or Operations/Finance Analysis.
