Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper, based in Tangerang. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Daily tasks include managing the laundry services, training housekeeping staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Executive Housekeeper will also handle guest requests, complaints, and collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and Organizational Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in training and supervising staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
