Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team.
- Proven experience developing affiliate programs.
- Experienced in planning and managing promotional campaign budgets for marketplace platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, including marketing, advertising, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and best practices.
- Skilled in executing and analyzing advertising performance on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Blibli, and Tokopedia.
- Experience in achieving transaction targets, e.g., over thousand orders on Shopee and TikTok.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating high initiative and strong strategic thinking.
- Creative in campaign development and strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop e-commerce strategies, including promotions, SKU management, performance marketing, live streaming, and affiliate programs.
- Develop and manage affiliate programs on marketplace platforms.
- Plan and manage e-commerce promotional budgets.
- Lead and manage e-commerce activities such as product listing, pricing strategies, promotions, and in-platform advertising.
- Implement partnerships with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, and telemedicine partners.
- Plan and coordinate accurate sales stock forecasting with the PPIC team.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure e-commerce initiatives align with overall marketing objectives.
