Job Description

This role supports Migrant Times affiliated initiatives and partner projects under our creative and digital communications division. You'll help manage and grow social media channels for education, media, and lifestyle campaigns within the same network, designing visuals, scheduling content, and coordinating digital launches across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain content calendars across multiple social media pages.


• Write clear, captivating captions and headlines in English and Bahasa Indonesia.


• Design visuals and short-form videos using Canva or CapCut (Adobe experience is a plus).


• Track performance metrics and recommend strategies for audience growth.

Requirements


• Excellent English writing skills.


• Strong grasp of social media strategy, analytics, and trends.


• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation.


• Ability to manage multiple brands and switch between different tones or audiences.


• Experience managing social media for a brand, publication, or campaign (1–2 years preferred).


• Organised, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
