Our client, operating in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry , is currently looking for a Demand Planning & Procurement Manager to do demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory; align with teams, optimize supply chain, and drive strategies for efficiency and cost control.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate demand forecasts and lead monthly S&OP meetings.
Monitor and adjust demand plans to align with business objectives.
Manage supplier relations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely material delivery.
Oversee purchasing operations, compliance, and quality/value analysis.
Optimize and monitor inventory levels to meet demand and prevent stock issues.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts and strategies.
Implement improvement strategies, monitor team performance, and support strategic supply chain decisions.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (supply chain management, operations, or business analytics).
Similar experience within pharmaceutical / medical device industry is HIGHLY preferred.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and forecasting skills.
Proficiency with forecasting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and purchasing practices.
Experience in a managerial role is often required.
