Job description :

  • Coordinate with related parties to prepare maintenance service to customers
  • Monitoring maintenance service in accordance with the Procedure and Service Level Agreement
  • Visit to customers regularly

Job Requirements :

  • S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems ,or related Engineering discipline with minimal GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a leader in IT company
  • Having good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good leadership
  • Having problem solving ability
