What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute
account strategies
for key enterprise clients in Indonesia. - Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify opportunities to
expand value and revenue
through consultative engagement. - Collaborate with internal and regional teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Act as the
trusted advisor
to strategic clients, with a focus on farming and customer success.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience
in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer success. - Background in
data center, IT infrastructure, cloud, or related industries - Strong
relationship-building and negotiation skills
, with proven track record managing C-level stakeholders. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams.
- Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia

English communication skills
