Strategic Account Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute
    account strategies
    for key enterprise clients in Indonesia.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify opportunities to
    expand value and revenue
    through consultative engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and regional teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Act as the
    trusted advisor
    to strategic clients, with a focus on farming and customer success.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience
    in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer success.
  • Background in
    data center, IT infrastructure, cloud, or related industries
  • Strong
    relationship-building and negotiation skills
    , with proven track record managing C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams.
  • Fluent in
    Bahasa Indonesia
    with strong
    English communication skills
