Learning & Culture Intern will be responsible for providing an enjoyable learning experience and encouraging employees to understand the company culture and engage with the company's events.
Job Description
- Assist in facilitating onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
- Assist in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or seminars utilizing various instructional techniques and formats
- Organize employee engagement activities, aimed at fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment
- Develop initiatives to reinforce the company's culture, values, and sense of belonging among employees
- Gather feedback from employees regarding Training, Cultural Programs, and Engagement Activities
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability and passionate to generate new ideas and strategies to strengthen the organizational culture
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact across various levels and departments
- Organizational experience in conducting events and learning programs would be a PLUS
- Available to do full-time internship for 3 (three) months
