Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end learning curricula for blue-collar workers (e.g., hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, retail, construction, etc).
- Conduct skills gap analyses based on labor market trends, industry needs, and employer input.
- Collaborate with industry experts, trainers, and instructional designers to develop competency-based training modules.
- Translate hands-on, practical skills into clear and engaging learning experiences for diverse learners.
- Localize content to suit learners' language, culture, and context.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and job placement outcomes.
- Work closely with product, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and scalability.
- Stay updated with trends in vocational training, workforce development, and adult learning strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Vocational Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or workforce development, preferably for non-academic or vocational learners.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, especially for learners with minimal formal education.
- Experience developing training content for blue-collar sectors or B2C learning environments.
- Ability to turn technical or hands-on skills into clear, visual, and engaging learning formats.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for social impact through education.
