We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Staff Marketing (Property) to join our team at Marvell City in Surabaya, East Java. What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our apartement property offerings
- Generating high-quality leads and nurturing prospective customers through various marketing channels
- Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into successful property sales
- Analysing market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and refine marketing campaigns
- Creating and distributing engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and digital content
- Organising and participating in property events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase our developments
- Providing excellent customer service and support to potential and existing clients
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in real estate or property marketing, preferably in the apartement sector
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management
- Proficient in using marketing tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital advertising
- A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
