About the role
Melolaya School of Music is seeking an online part-time Vocal Teacher to join our team. As a Vocal Teacher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vocal instruction and coaching to our students, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the next generation of musicians.
What you'll be doing
- Providing one-on-one vocal lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
- Designing and implementing tailored lesson plans to address the unique needs and goals of each student
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback and assessment
- Guiding students for achieving certifications
- Participating in student recitals, performances, and other school events
- Continuously developing your own vocal and teaching skills to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience as a vocal instructor, with a strong background in teaching a wide range of musical styles and techniques
- Excellent vocal skills and a deep understanding of vocal education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students of all ages
- Passion for music education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our student population
- A relevant qualification in music or a related field
