PT Kenza Hospitality Investment, DELIMA TOKO ROTI, Seoul Bakeshop, Anma Space, K.Pastries, Little Frenchie, Holywings Group, Toko Kopi Teman Lama, Kopi Toko Djawa, CV Indo Soraya Abadi are hiring a Pastry Baker to produce high‑quality pastries, cakes, sweet breads, and desserts across Indonesia. Candidates will work flexible hours, manage ingredients, maintain hygiene, and collaborate with kitchen teams.

Responsibilities
  • Produce a variety of pastries, cakes, sweet breads, and desserts following company recipes and quality standards.
  • Decorate and finish products to attractive and consistent appearance.
  • Manage ingredients, including storage, stock, and usage.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and hygiene‑compliant work area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen teams to meet daily production needs.
  • Follow Head Baker or Chef instructions to develop new menu items.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of pastry or bakery experience, fresh graduate acceptable with skills.
  • Basic food hygiene, safety, and mixing knowledge.
  • Ability to work fast, accurate, and maintain consistency.
  • Creative in pastry decoration and product development.
  • Disciplinary, motivated, and teamwork‑skilled.
  • Flexible to shift work and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of latest pastry and dessert trends.
