Job Description:
- Manage and organize the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business travel
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support project coordination, research tasks, and business documentation as needed
- Arrange business travel, including flight, hotel reservations, transportation bookings, and prepare detailed travel requirements
- Oversee household management tasks, including staff coordination, maintenance, and event planning when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives such as General Manager, Director, or CEO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace
- Able to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willing to work from Support Office - Jakarta Timur
