About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Logistic Team Leader
who will be responsible for leading logistics operations with a strong emphasis on international trade activities. This role covers the management of export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in logistics, with at least 2 years handling
    export and import (EXIM) operations
    in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of
    export-import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international trade compliance
  • Experienced in preparing and managing
    export & import documentation
    (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, PEB, PIB, etc.)
  • Familiar with coordinating freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities
  • Hands-on experience using
    ERP/SAP
    systems for logistics and EXIM processes
  • Having certificate PPJK is a strong advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage costs, solve problems, and ensure timely delivery in complex supply chain operations
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily logistics activities with a focus on export & import processes
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all export & import documentation in line with customs and international trade regulations
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs officials to guarantee smooth clearance and shipment flows
  • Monitor timelines to ensure timely delivery of imported materials and exported products
  • Control logistics and EXIM costs while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on export & import activities, shipment status, and vendor performance
  • Resolve any issues related to EXIM processes such as delays, documentation discrepancies, or compliance risks
