Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement International Business Division plans in line with company objectives (Export and OEM)
- Open and expand New Market for Export and OEM Market
- Research and analyze foreign markets to identify business opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customer
- Negotiate and oversee the execution of Export and OEM with overseas customer
- Prepare and present reports on international business activity to management related Sales Target, Gross Profit, Campaign, On Going Customer and also New Product Development
- Monitor political, economic, and social developments in foreign markets
- Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure that International Business Division objectives are aligned with overall company strategy (with Manufacturer, QA/QC, TAF, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, PPIC)
- Handling OEM Activity
- Manage all shipment preparation with Forwarder and EMKL
- Manage and handling Trade Shows Activity with third party companies (Vendors, Organizer, etc)
- Manage Trademark in foreign country if needed
- Experience in food industry (Snack & Biscuit)
Required skill:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in international business or related field, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- At least 2-year experience in international business development or management including OEM
- Proven track record of successful sales and negotiation in an international setting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills (English is a must)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Flexibility to travel internationally (If needed)
