HR Project Specialist is responsible for supporting and leading various HR projects and strategic initiatives within the Human Resources Department.
This position focuses on planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and aligned with company standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional HR teams and other departments to achieve project objectives.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes in areas such as recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
- Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates effectively to the HR Project Lead and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR project management, HR operations, or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions (performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations).
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
