Key Accountabilities :

Benchmarking for this vacancy will be :

  • Candidate shall posses leadership value and ability to develop the team ;
  • Candidate shall posses some experience years dealing with Material Purchased for Production Line including : Consumables, Chemicals, Structure, Constructions, etc;
  • Candidate shall be handy with reliable Vendor Sourcing both for Domestic and Overseas ;
  • Candidate shall be having good knowledge on INCO TERMS ;
  • Candidate shall be handy and expert in SAP System ;
  • Candidate shall be fluent and conversant with English and Indonesian ;
  • Candidate shall be maximum of 40 years old, gender is of no problem either Lady or Gent ;

Preferred Skill Sets :

A smart, proactive individual with a focus and the ability to generate the job independently ;

Experience in overall activities involving a high level of intelligence and ability ;

Understanding of the Steel Industries process will be a preferable skill set ;

A good communicator with honed interpersonal, team building, negotiation, presentation, convincing and analytical skills.

Requirement :

Min. 4 (four) years of relative experiences in the same job position.

Min. education level is holder of Bachelor Degree in the respective Department.

Male of maximum 40 years.

Salary Range for the Recruitments :

IDR 12,500,000 to IDR 15,000,000 for all positions ;

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sourcing, development, and execution of local equipment and parts procurement in Indonesia.

Conduct business negotiations with suppliers regarding inquiries, price comparisons, bargaining, and delivery schedules; control procurement costs and achieve cost reduction targets.

Organize procurement tenders, contract reviews, and signings, and ensure the implementation of contracts.

Collaborate with requesting departments to monitor suppliers' delivery schedules, product quality, and quantities, and promptly communicate, coordinate, and resolve any abnormalities.

Regularly stay informed about market trends of procured equipment, and maintain data collection, organization, and updates of procurement resource records.

Manage procurement documents, update procurement data in SAP/SRM systems, and maintain order management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business English, Chinese, or related fields. Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of experience in equipment and spare parts procurement.

2. Familiar with international trade processes; prior in-depth knowledge of Incoterms is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications.

3. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese. English can be used as a working language.

4. Familiar with trade-related regulations in Indonesia.
