Job Description:
- Monitor implementation of Global/ Regional QHSE Programs across the Country
- Maintain and monitor legal compliance at Country level
- Establish country-specific requirements and ensure compliance across the Country
- Support site/ account teams in their certifications audits and implement cross-audit across the country
- Regular site inspection and Gemba Walk to ensure site compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Act as Primary liaison to external parties on matters concerning QHSE related issues
- Report QHSE statistics at Country level and explain gaps
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or Public Health
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in logistics (Oil & Gas project experience is a plus)
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO AK3U certification and knowledge of GDP, HAS, DG standards are an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of QHSE practices, management systems, and compliance with legal/industry requirements such as Dangerous Goods, IATA, and IMDG
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and influencing skills; adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willing to work extended hours and travel to project sites when required
