We are seeking a dynamic and proactive KOL Manager to lead and expand our TikTok KOL marketing business in the Indonesian market. The successful candidate must have proven experience in beauty products and will be responsible for building strong KOL partnerships to boost brand visibility, user engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • KOL Strategy Development
  • Design and implement TikTok KOL strategies tailored to the beauty industry, aligned with brand goals and Indonesian consumer trends.
  • Plan campaigns with measurable KPIs to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • KOL Research & Partnerships
  • Identify and partner with TikTok KOLs (macro and micro) who specialize in beauty products.
  • Track emerging TikTok trends and KOLs to ensure continuous innovation.
  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: planning, content coordination, delivery, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure KOL content aligns with brand tone, style, and compliance.
  • Negotiation & Collaboration
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and budgets with KOLs/agencies.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and PR teams to integrate KOL content into brand strategies.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to management to optimize ROI.
  • Community Building
  • Maintain long-term relationships with beauty KOLs to drive loyalty.
  • Support community engagement and reputation management.
  • Market & Competitor Insights
  • Monitor competitor KOL campaigns within the beauty space.
  • Provide recommendations to keep the brand ahead in the Indonesian beauty market.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in beauty products KOL marketing or management (with proof).
  • Experience with TikTok campaigns in Indonesia or Southeast Asia preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with deep knowledge of TikTok trends and features.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple campaigns.

Preferred Conditions

  • Existing TikTok beauty KOL connections.
  • Experience with lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce industries.
