Head of Business Development, Sales
to shape our commercial growth and expand our partnerships across the creative, media, advertising, and event industries.

In this role, you'll take ownership of identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering innovative, partnership-led solutions that align with our dynamic portfolio of services. You'll partner with internal teams to design sponsorship programs, brand activations, and event-based experiences that build relationships with brands and fans in authentic and impactful ways.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries including creative, media, advertising, and events.
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives to grow the client base and extend market presence
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, brands, sponsors, and agencies
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including ongoing client communication, presentations, proposal development, and contract discussions
  • Create tailored solutions that align with client needs and 's service offerings
  • Grow revenue through sponsorships, brand activations, and sales of event-based solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to create impactful and results-oriented sales proposals and decks
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client deliverables
  • Monitor and report on sales progress, client feedback, and evolving market conditions
  • Review performance data, client feedback, and evolving market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales practices and overall business development strategy.
  • Stay informed on relevant market trends, industry movements, and market positioning

What You'll Need

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or client engagement, ideally within an agency, media, or creative services setting.
  • A proven record of generating revenue from events, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client portfolios and maintain strong commercial relationships.
  • Skilled in developing proposals, presenting solutions, and securing deals with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with sponsorship and/or media sales
  • Familiarity with the esports or gaming industry
