We are looking for a
Jr. Product Development Officer to join our team at BISMA GROUP
, the holding company behind Hijack Sandals, Karrot, and Akross.
The Jr. Product Development Officer will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of non-footwear product categories, especially apparel and other related product lines.
This role supports product creation from concept to production, ensuring alignment with brand identity, quality standards, and market trends.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in handling fashion retail vendors, particularly in apparel and non-footwear products.
- Understanding of product development processes, from concept creation to final production.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate with vendors, designers, and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of materials, garment construction, and fashion product patterns (preferred).
- Familiarity with product specification sheets and technical documentation (plus point).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product development, vendor management, or production coordination within the fashion retail industry (apparel experience preferred).
