Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data center operations, system administration, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of physical & virtual servers, storage (SAN/NAS), and networking (LAN, firewall, load balancer).
- Experience with monitoring tools (NMS, DCIM, log management).
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, OS, VM, and network at Level 1–2.
- Familiar with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and clustering (HA, DRS).
- Understanding of backup/restore processes, LUN provisioning, patch management, and firmware updates.
- Perform capacity planning and optimize VM resources (clustering HA, DRS, load balancing).
- Conduct Disaster Recovery drills, High Availability tests, and root cause analysis of downtime.
- Execute preventive & corrective maintenance of data center equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for support, RMA, and warranty services.
- Monitor server, storage, network, and power systems in the data center.
- Handle daily incidents related to hardware, OS, VM, and network (Level 1–2 troubleshooting).
- Install, configure, and maintain physical & virtual servers (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Manage storage (SAN/NAS), backup/restore, and internal network (LAN, firewall, load balancer).
- Perform patch management & firmware updates for server, network, and storage devices.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical issues and prepare regular reports (capacity, incident, health check).
