Job Description / Main Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs based on performance reviews and organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement the company's annual training plan.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs (schedule, vendor, participants, logistics).
  • Create training materials and deliver internal sessions when needed.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
  • Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and ROI analysis.
  • Support talent development, coaching, and onboarding programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and related departments to ensure competency development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.
  • Strong knowledge of TNA, training design, and evaluation.
  • Confident in public speaking and presentation.
  • Excellent administrative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about people development.
