Job Description / Main Responsibilities
- Identify training needs based on performance reviews and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement the company's annual training plan.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs (schedule, vendor, participants, logistics).
- Create training materials and deliver internal sessions when needed.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Support talent development, coaching, and onboarding programs.
- Collaborate with HR and related departments to ensure competency development.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.
- Strong knowledge of TNA, training design, and evaluation.
- Confident in public speaking and presentation.
- Excellent administrative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about people development.
