Job Description :
1. Laboratory Planning and Construction


• Oversee the complete setup of the laboratory from ground zero, including equipment procurement, space layout planning, and safety facility installation.


• Develop the laboratory information management system to optimize sample reception, testing workflows, and data management.

  • Laboratory Accreditation Application and Operational Management


• Lead the application process for laboratory accreditation in Indonesia, ensuring familiarity with local healthcare regulations and international laboratory standards.


• Establish and implement laboratory SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to guarantee smooth laboratory operations.

  • Team Management and Technical Training


• Responsible for recruiting and managing the laboratory technical team, and formulating employee training plans.


• Promote cross-departmental collaboration by coordinating with the bioinformatics team, clinical team, and external suppliers.

  • Quality Control and Risk Management


• Set up a laboratory quality control system, regularly review testing data accuracy, and handle abnormal incidents and deviation analysis.


• Ensure laboratory safety regulations (such as biosafety levels and hazardous chemical management) comply with Indonesian and international standards

Requirements :
1. Educational Background


• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related fields.

  • Work Experience


• Over 5 years of laboratory management experience, with hands-on experience in molecular testing projects (such as PCR, NGS, etc.) preferred.


• Led at least one laboratory accreditation application and familiarity with local Indonesian medical regulations is a plus. Holding laboratory management-related certifications (e.g., GLP certification, laboratory animal handling certificate) is preferred.

  • Core Skills


• Proficient in molecular testing techniques (e.g., PCR, NGS library preparation, bioinformatics analysis workflows), and familiar with the operation and maintenance of mainstream equipment.


• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian (written or spoken) is preferred, enabling smooth communication with international suppliers and local regulatory authorities.


• Experienced in laboratory budget management and cost control, with full-cycle project execution capabilities.

  • Soft Skills


• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare market.


• Excellent problem-solving ability, capable of quickly addressing unexpected challenges during laboratory setup.
