Senior Talent & Development is responsible for plans, delivers, and evaluates learning programs to support employee growth and organizational goals, working closely with managers, experts, and HR teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Design and develop relevant and engaging learning materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Manage training logistics, records, and documentation.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in Learning & Development or similar HR role.
  • Strong facilitation with good presentation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google work environment, and familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning.
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, open-minded, and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and environments
