The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Verify and Validate Service request data
- Process & Input new unit data
- Validate and deliver action plan data to Service Advisor
- Monitoring Master Vehicle data
- Update Unit Kilometer
- Compile & Send Car Maintenance to Finance
- Verify Fleet Team Attendance and Overtime
- Maintenance KPI Process (evaluate lease extension plan)
- Verify and update moving units to Master Vehicle
Requirements:
- Diploma's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year at Logistic & Transportation Company as Supervisor (strong on data processing)
- Advanced skills in excel, spreadsheets formulas and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent leadership, integrity, analytical, financial, decision making, communication, responsibility
