JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answering customer's questions via phone and/or live chat
  • Maintaining and updating customers' accounts
  • Responding to customers' complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback for service improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School | College Degree | Bachelor Degree.
  • Experience as Customer Service is preferred but not required.
  • WITH or WITHOUT experience in the same position as long willing to be TRAINED.
  • Able to work in Shifting Schedule and Public Holidays.
  • Language Required: NATIVE LANGUAGE (Fluent)
  • Language Required: ENGLISH (Intermediate)
  • PASSPORT ready.
  • Willing to RELOCATE and work OVERSEAS if company requires.
  • Interview will be conducted via ZOOM or TELEGRAM.
