JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answering customer's questions via phone and/or live chat
- Maintaining and updating customers' accounts
- Responding to customers' complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers.
- Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback for service improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School | College Degree | Bachelor Degree.
- Experience as Customer Service is preferred but not required.
- WITH or WITHOUT experience in the same position as long willing to be TRAINED.
- Able to work in Shifting Schedule and Public Holidays.
- Language Required: NATIVE LANGUAGE (Fluent)
- Language Required: ENGLISH (Intermediate)
- PASSPORT ready.
- Willing to RELOCATE and work OVERSEAS if company requires.
