We are an established company in the industrial lubricant sector, offering training opportunities in China to enhance technical and sales expertise. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Lubricant Sales Manager to expand our market and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and market expansion plans for industrial lubricants to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and actively acquire new customers to increase market share.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to enhance overall team performance.4. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide effective business strategies.
  • Handle contract negotiations, pricing management, and receivables collection to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above, preferably relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial lubricants or related industries, managing a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales models, existing industrial client network is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
