We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized individual to support our management team as a Personal Assistant, while also contributing strategically to our Business Development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about both administration and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of management
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of management
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Support the development of partnerships and business proposals
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
  • Assist in administrative and operational follow-ups related to ongoing projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Business Development, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business correspondence
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Willing to be mobile and travel for meetings or business activities when required
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
