We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized individual to support our management team as a Personal Assistant, while also contributing strategically to our Business Development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about both administration and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of management
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of management
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Support the development of partnerships and business proposals
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Assist in administrative and operational follow-ups related to ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Business Development, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business correspondence
- Independent, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Willing to be mobile and travel for meetings or business activities when required
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
