Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with DataOn's overall growth objectives. Identify new market segments, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Pipeline Generation:Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Partnership Development:Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners (e.g., system integrators, consultants, technology providers) to expand DataOn's reach and solution offerings.
  • Market Analysis & Insights:Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends. Provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation:Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close complex deals.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting:Accurately forecast sales, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development or strategic sales within the B2B software industry, preferably within HCM, ERP, or a related enterprise software domain.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and market dynamics.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Indonesian enterprise sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.
