Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer located in Bandung. The Content Writer will be responsible for crafting engaging, creative, and brand‑aligned copy across different formats and channels. This includes writing copy for visual content, captions, artwork, and other communication materials. The role also involves analyzing and reporting on social media performance to ensure content effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high‑quality copy for various content needs including social media captions, visual artwork, campaign materials, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure copy complements design and brand tone of voice.
  • Adapt writing style to suit different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Generate ideas for engaging and impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and create regular performance reports for social media platforms, highlighting insights and recommendations to optimize future content.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital content, social media, and consumer behavior to keep copy fresh and relevant.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to write creatively and strategically across different formats (short‑form captions, long‑form content, ad copy).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and understanding of best practices for copy.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).

Job Description

The SEO Content Writer is responsible for conducting keyword research, creating content briefs, writing, and optimizing multi‑format content (blog articles, landing pages, FAQs, microcopy) to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and drive conversions. This role works closely with SEO Specialists/Analysts, Social Media, PR, and Design teams to ensure all content aligns with the brand guidelines and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword and SERP research (search intent, difficulty, topical clusters) and prepare clear content briefs.
  • Write, edit, and publish SEO‑friendly content following E‑E‑A‑T principles: structured headings, internal linking, meta tags, and basic schema.
  • Ensure editorial quality: marketing objective, funneling, accuracy, brand tone of voice, and readability.
  • Perform fact‑checking, originality checks, and self‑QA before publishing.
  • Refresh content (update data, improve titles/meta, tighten copy) to lift CTR & rankings.
  • Run competitor gap analyses and prioritize money pages.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (SEO, Design, Product, Social media, PR, Paid, etc.) to develop content calendars and support distribution.
  • Perform continuous optimization based on Google Search Console/GA4 data (CTR, rankings, impressions), Google Core Update & other algorithm updates.
  • Maintain proper documentation: briefs, SOPs, keyword lists, and editorial guidelines.
  • Monitor & analyze content quality on weekly & monthly basis.

Required Qualifications

  • Min 2 Years of experience as a Content Writer/SEO Content Writer with a strong writing portfolio.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia (grammar, clarity, persuasive style); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Marketing & Brand.
  • Solid understanding of on‑page & off‑page SEO principles and tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Google Keyword Planner, Google Sheet, Google Trends and keyword research tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML formatting (headings, lists, alt text).
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple channels (SEO, Social Media, PR, Paid Ads).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks within an editorial calendar.
  • Having experience managing freelance writers is a plus.
  • Experience creating content clusters/pillars, internal linking strategies, and briefs for contributors/freelancers.
  • Basic knowledge of schema markup, A/B testing titles/meta, and CTR optimization.
  • Strong skills in competitor analysis and identifying content gaps.
