Job Description:
- Handle import administration
- Receive purchase request from users
- Able negotiate prices with supplier, and also can give comparison of various supplier
- Ensure materials arrive on time & in accordance with required specifications
- Liaising with production team for product requirements
- Responsible for import activities related to company bussiness especially materials product
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Having experience minimum 5 year in purchasing, procurement and import related work is preferably
- Able use procurement software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, etc)
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import documentation.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment & willing to learn
- Good in Ms Office, especially Ms Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, etc)
